They constantly kept me up to date on the progress, chased things that needed chasing, answered every question I had and nothing was ever too much trouble...and you can get hold of them on a Sunday which was brilliant! I find the general experience of house hunting pretty tough but Harrisons provide a good customer based experience which is important when selling your home.

I would like to have given 5 stars, however, as Harrisons didn't manage to sell our property and therefore it has to be 4 stars. I would highly recommend Harrisons and particularly Liz who dealt with us personally, and when I say personally I mean really personally as she dealt with us exclusively with just a little help from the rest of the team with regard to viewings and feedback. The care and professionalism shown was exemplary, Liz truly tried to understand the needs and requirements of both ourselves and any potential purchasers. It was a shame that we didn't get the final outcome that we desired but this was solely due to the fact that it became evident that we wouldn't achieve the figure required to make our move. We cannot fault he effort that was made to find a suitable buyer.

I had Ben over for a valuation on my property. Very polite and courteous gentleman and a good listener, and clarified all my questions.

Our neighbours sold with Harrisons a year ago. We contacted them to help, and we had luckily found a, house to buy with them also. They weren't pushy which was nice, and gave a realistic valuation. We did have to drop after this valuation but got a fair price. We had a good amount of viewings and sold reasonably quickly, although some time wasters. Harrisons helped us get a good price for the one we were buying. We were kept up to date with the process and once sold everything proceeded quickly.

We first placed the property in the hands of Harrisons last summer and were told that it was likely to sell within six to eight weeks. This proved not to be the case! It took over nine months. Part of the problem was a downturn in the market. There were a good number of viewings but few firm offers. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we contacted them but there were occasions when it felt as though we were chasing them for information or advice. We had to lower the price in order to achieve a sale.
