What can I say? Well, firstly, from the outset I was dealt with in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. Harrisons were transparent and communicative throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated as first time buyers. The photos in the property listing were representative (unlike some we've seen from other agents). We were given a private viewing of the property by Josh, who was very personable and knowledgeable. Being allowed to look around at our leisure made a nice change from the frantic open houses we'd been to with other agents. Josh explained that Harrisons have a policy of not doing open houses as they place the sellers' property at risk and put unnecessary pressure on buyers. After our offer was accepted, Olivia stayed in regular contact with us to update us on progress, and was consistently friendly and responsive. When we went to collect the keys to our new home, we were given a bottle of Kentish sparkling wine, which we thought was a lovely touch. Had a very difficult and frustrating exchange, due to many factors but harrisons were always brilliant and if we ever needed help or advice or even to come see the property, they were always willing to help in anyway possible, josh was brilliant, we saw many flats and house but josh was the most professional out of them all, which also helped us make our minds up due to him giving us plenty of information, not just about the flat but also the area that we was potentially moving into.
