I can only underline the praise that I have read for Harrisons in the reviews I have read. My sister and I needed to sell our late mother's home. We invited over two agents. Ryan from Harrisons was really personable and made a great impression. Even though it was November he suggested a sensible marketing strategy at a price £30k higher than the other agent. The fees were also almost 50% less! In under two months we had accepted an offer, below the asking price, but still much higher than the other agent. We were happy to compromise to get the sale quickly. Our sale was complicated by the actions of the neighbours, but Ryan held the sale together and we completed last week. Ryan and his colleagues were proactive, professional, always kept to their word, gave us regular updates and were happy to help in any way they could. They really are a pleasure. Both my sister and I live in other parts of the country so it was especially helpful to have an agent who was so amenable. For instance, Olivia happily arranged for her colleague Josh to attend when the clearance company came to take away the items of furniture that the charity could not take. Rob and Christine Walker-Richmond Before we decided to put our house on the market we made a trip around Sittingbourne to ascertain which Estate Agents were available. It was clear by the number of Agents boards that were outside properties that Harrisons was a popular choice. We built our house 27 years ago and have wonderful memories of it, but last year we decided that a move to the country was the right thing to do. Our initial meeting was with Ryan, a young man who's experience far outweighs his years. We first met in September in order to get a realistic valuation on the house, but we decided that we wanted one more Christmas in our home and would be ready to put the house on the market sometime in January 2018. We explained that we didn't want to be pressured in any way and I can honestly say that Ryan was as good as his word and left us in peace until the beginning of the new year. We knew from the moment that we met Ryan that we were going to use Harrisons. To be brutally honest we had four Estate Agents to the house but unfortunately none of them matched up to Ryan or indeed Harrisons credentials. Ryan guided us through the whole process with complete professionalism, he knew it was going to be very hard for us to leave our home but treated us with the utmost respect and sensitivity. Whilst leaving this review we must also say that all of the staff at Harrisons in Sittingbourne are exemplary in their approach to clients. They always called back if a query couldn't be dealt with straight away and messages were always passed on to the relevant members of staff. We were never left out of the loop and were kept informed of everything that was going on with regard to our Sale. Our house sold on the very first viewing which clearly shows that Harrisons know what they are doing. The brochure that was prepared was extremely professional and the photographs really did our home justice. They are completely honest in their approach with descriptions and they will not take photographs that give false impressions of room sizes. So, the process began and literally just under 8 weeks later we were settled in our new home in the country! I don't believe Harrisons have had a sale that progressed so quickly and without complications before, but perhaps that is also down to their professionalism and approach. we would not hesitate recommending Harrisons to anyone who is considering selling their home - they are, quite simply - THE BEST!
