I can only underline the praise that I have read for Harrisons in the reviews I have read. My sister and I needed to sell our late mother's home. We invited over two agents. Ryan from Harrisons was really personable and made a great impression. Even though it was November he suggested a sensible marketing strategy at a price £30k higher than the other agent. The fees were also almost 50% less! In under two months we had accepted an offer, below the asking price, but still much higher than the other agent. We were happy to compromise to get the sale quickly. Our sale was complicated by the actions of the neighbours, but Ryan held the sale together and we completed last week. Ryan and his colleagues were proactive, professional, always kept to their word, gave us regular updates and were happy to help in any way they could. They really are a pleasure. Both my sister and I live in other parts of the country so it was especially helpful to have an agent who was so amenable. For instance, Olivia happily arranged for her colleague Josh to attend when the clearance company came to take away the items of furniture that the charity could not take.
