We bought our house through Harrisons, Sittingbourne and I can say that they are a thoroughly professional estate agents. We mainly dealt with Ryan Denniss and Chris Ellis, who were brilliant throughout. Ryan knew what property we were looking for and contacted us prior to the house we bought going on the market and secured the offer that day! Chris was the glue that kept the chain of 6 going and went above and beyond our expectations of him. He was proactive throughout and at times it seemed like it was his own personal mission to get the whole chain moved. I cannot fault Harrisons and would recommend anyone buying or selling to use them. To know we had an agent like Chris chasing solicitors and other agents during the process was really reassuring and without his efforts, our move would not have occurred. A massive thanks to Chris, Ryan and the rest of the staff. An extremely professional outfit.

All the team were so helpful and made what could be quite a daunting process so straight forward. They got our house on the market and sold within a really short timeframe, working hours that were suitable for us and were always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. In addition, they were able to use their wealth of knowledge and experience to identify a number of clients they were able to market our property to and what type of property we were looking to buy before we even knew!! These guys did absolutely everything they could to find my family a home, which was no easy task as myself and my partner were super picky and on a limited budget - Harrisons never gave up on us even though we viewed many many properties!
