Very bad agent. Never trust them to sell or manage letting your property. Fool the customers. The Worst agent I have dealt with. Don't waste your time with them.

I went to Streets Ahead around midday on Saturday. The lights were on, the door said that they were open but nobody visible from outside and no doorbell. I tried calling on the phone but no response and the call was not diverted to a main branch.

I don’t really write reviews but unfortunately we have experienced the worst in one of their sales people. He was very rude and arrogant. Had our property valued by this agent but went with another agent in the end. So he called us late night and discouraged us about choosing the other agent and then said with a very arrogant tone of voice that hey don’t need our property anyway. Very unprofessional.

Very bad agent. Never trust them. Fool the buyers and feel free to renege. I cannot believe there is such an agent in UK! The Worst I bet. The agent continued to encourage other sellers to increase their price despite agreeing to our offer. Accepting offers from others without informing us. malicious price wars without permission, disrupting the market. Our legal fees and personal information were maliciously exploited.

Terrible Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would never ever use this company and i advise anyone to not even bother. The lack of communication is appalling! I asked who receives the email sales@... and everyone in the company receives these emails yet no reply to any emails!! Having to constantly chase to confirm viewings and not even having a reply to an offered amount with proof of funds and mortgage in principal sent over. Then 7 days later called by the estate agent to nothing but increase the offer! WOW Shocking Experience, will never use again! What a waste of time!
