Kim Fishlock was really helpful. First time renting myself and provided a 5 star service. Not only did they book us in that was conveient time for us but they also went above and beyond. They supported us through every silly question i asked. Estate agents normally make it really difficult but it was such a easy process with the support they provided. Would certianly reccomend Brown and Kay for anyone that is looking for a home.

I rang several estate agents to enquire about properties who bluntly told me ‘sorry it’s gone’ and then hung up. Streets Ahead were the only ones who were customer focused enough to have a chat with me about what I was looking for and arrange some alternative viewings. When we put an offer on the flat, Myles kept in regular contact letting us know when we could expect to hear. I was really impressed that he called us after office hours to confirm our offer had been accepted and stayed late to deal with our paperwork. Myles and Zeenat were professional, friendly and always on hand to answer questions.
