Do not do business with these people. Two weeks after I signed up i was told to check the small print and discover that it's a fixed contract. You pay £120 (in my case) every week for six months, no flexibility, no cancellation clause. They started the campaign without go ahead on artwork and refused to filter by home value as stated in my contract. Aggravating account manager whose only interest is seeing the contract out. 4 months in, zero calls or emails from clients. I hate this company.

Keep getting invitations to coffee mornings at a scamming old folks home, addressed to someone who doesn't exist so can't unsubscribe. One of these days I'm going to show up for the canapes and spoil their sales pitch

If you're a landlord, avoid Key Property. Lots of positive reviews from tenants, but can't find any from landlords. Used Key Property to manage my rental property for a couple of years and would not use again. The team are unresponsive and to say they do the bare minimum for their monthly fee would be generous. Examples of issues with Key Property: 1. They do not do the regular checks they should do until you chase them. 2. They asked me to authorise the cost of a gas safety certificate renewal, which I did. I contacted Key Property a couple of months later to ask for a copy of the gas safety certificate, only to be told it never went ahead, so unbeknown to me, I was letting my property without a valid gas safety certificate because of Key Property's mis-management. 3. I live abroad and don't check my bank account every month for the rent money (that's what I pay Key Property a management fee for). One month I realised the rent hadn't been paid (approximately 3 weeks after it was due). I contacted Key Property and they said they were unaware that the rent hadn't been paid and will try and contact the tenants. I explained that one of the neighbours said the property looked empty and asked that they go and check, which they didn't. After multiple calls and emails to Key Property, they confirmed that the tenants had vacated the property without paying the rent and all Key Property could do was return the tenants deposit to me. 5 months later and after many calls and emails, I eventually got the tenants deposit, but they wouldn't do anything to pursue the £1300 worth of damage the tenants did to the property. During this 5 months, not once did Key Property explain why they hadn't paid the funds - all I got got was no response to emails and promises of call backs. The above are just a few examples - sadly, there are many more!! As a landlord, I can see why there are lots of positive reviews from tenants and Key Property do not do any property checks and do not pursue unpaid rent or damage.

I received some extremely unprofessional treatment from an employee at this company. They were very unclear as to what steps I needed to take and were slow to reply to my emails. They also communicated with me in a less than friendly manner. If I could give zero stars I would.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Christopher Russell estate agents. The communication is absolutely terrible. Simon, who dealt with me, constantly gave excuses and failed to follow through on promises. I had to chase them four times just to arrange a viewing on a property! Even after finally viewing the property, there was no follow-up call or email to seek my interest. It's evident that they really don't care about selling a property or providing any kind of decent customer service. This whole experience has been a complete waste of my time as a buyer. Given their lack of professionalism and responsiveness, I would never trust them to sell my property. Avoid them if you value your time and want a stress-free experience.

Receiving spam mail from removers and I'm not moving. Called twice and they don't return my calls. Tried to to do an online request to remove data and it doesn't work. Terrible company
