We came to Dezrez in 2012 and in 2019 we moved from the Dezrez software to the Rezi product. At PFK, we pride ourselves on making our clients property journey as simple as possible and rely on Rezi to make that a reality. We chose to manually migrate our data into Rezi to allow us to have a fresh start. This proved a great idea as we have a clean database to work with. Throughout the process we still had continued access to the support team as well as a personal contact for onboarding, guiding us each step of the way. Being a 7 branch agency, having accurate data is essential and the onboarding process ensured this happened.
