Christopher Russell

HIGHLY RECOMMEND KINETIC!!! I have dealt with Kinetic for several years now, both as a seller, a buyer and for rentals and I cannot recommend them enough! They are not your run of the mill estate agents, they care about every single client and their needs and I personally don't know anyone who has dealt with Kinetic that hasn't praised them for the same! All staff are brilliant but Nina (and Matt) particularly go above and beyond for their clients. I'm so grateful to them for all they have done for me over the years. I'm not a friend, I don't work for them, I'm just a client that has had nothing but fantastic customer service! So don't let other bitter reviews give you a false impression, no one can please everyone 100% of the time but the majority of reviews speak for themselves!

We recently purchased our home through Christopher Russell. Joe was extremely helpful, he kept us informed with great communication, he dealt with the sale throughout and thanks to him the process was really smooth.

It was a pleasure to deal with such an efficient and dedicated team. The house was sold quickly at the asking price

after trying another well known local agent for 2 months and no sale i approached Christopher Russell what breath of fresh air more enthusiasm and professional approach while embracing social media and the internet they don't forget core estate agency values of actually picking up the phone and speaking to people. Visit there office there all on the phone updating clients and trying to get you a sale we highly recommend them. must mention for Russell for initial advice and price spot on. Simon for his professionalism in negotiating the sale and Joe for finishing off it all off with the successful exchange. many thanks.

Highly recommend! Johnny and Paul provided fantastic service throughout. They kept me well informed and were always flexible with scheduling viewings to suit my availability. I felt completely supported throughout the whole process. I will be using them again in the future.

Michael Poole (Guisborough) took a property that had been on the market for over six months, and sold it within three weeks! All of the staff were brilliant, and I could not recommend them more!

Jack visited my house yesterday, and turned around a very impressive brochure and weblinks within twenty-four hours. An incredibly smooth process of listing, which can often feel protracted and difficult. I really appreciated Jack making …

Excellent service, kept well informed throughout the process, very friendly staff

Very efficient, quick to answer questions, they were chasing me rather than the other way round. all very satisfactory.
