Nobody in the company follow up with the sale progress despite regular prompting from me. 2.5 months later; again on my prompt, they discovered that the Buyers had failed multiple mortgage applications. When another Buyer had been found, the same lack of follow up is prevalent. Thoroughly incompetent and simply a team of muppets. Be mindful that they have a continuous marketing clause in their agreement so you can be lock in for a very long time. Recommend them to your worst enemy. Otherwise, avoid with a barge pole.
