Christopher Russell

Curchods estate agents went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our forever home, moving house is a frightening experience, but Kate helped to ease that changeover, she was easily contactable and her approach was a breath of fresh air, the purchase of our new home run as smoothly as possible. We would highly recommend Curchods and Kate to anyone buying or selling a property.

Had the pleasure of working with Kate on a purchase of a property. Always incredibly helpful, helped us view the place multiple times and helped push through the purchase in a quick manner. Happily recommend and would use the company again.

I would recommend Christopher Russell. The team were professional, friendly and kept us up to date. Joe and the rest of the team were always happy to answer all our questions. In a very stressful time they kept us calm and supported and we got there in the end! Thank you for all your hard work.

I would definitely recommend Arden Property Management from a tenants point. From the original viewing of the property to the necessary paperwork everything has been straightforward. Any issues that arose with the flat they are eager to help. Kat and Azaia have been the main points of contact and they are super and I feel at ease knowing they are an email or phonecall away if required!

Like any property management team, Arden operate at the centre of complex landlord and tenant relationships. What sets them apart is their clear, timely communication and decisive action. Over two decades of conscientious management by Kat Usher have kept me fully compliant as regulations have evolved. The Arden team have also navigated complex, multi‑party decisions with ease, particularly around stairwell and roof repairs, always acting with probity and a clear focus on outcomes for the common good. This approach has earned them a well‑deserved reputation for trust. Their sound advice and competent handling of maintenance have kept tenants satisfied and the property in excellent condition. I highly recommend them.
