The Team at Michael Poole, Guisborough have been excellent throughout the moving process. Alisha and Jack have been very friendly, professional and helpful. They have kept us informed at every step and have answered queries promptly. They are a credit to Michael Poole and have made the moving process an enjoyable experience. Thank you

Fantastic service by Dafydd Hardy, Callum our contact for the property we were buying was easy to deal with and very efficient. Would definately use Dafydd Hardy to buy a property from again. Well done we are thrilled with our new home.

Thank you very much to the Caernarfon branch for your services & continued updates during my purchase of a lodge on Glan Gwna Park! Brilliant

Where to begin… Through no fault of Curchods, our sales process has been interminable and quite painful. From buyers pulling out, losing properties, getting to exchange dates and being “ghosted”, difficult negotiations with buyers etc etc etc… it’s not been the best experience. Having said that, without fail Curchods have been supportive, patient, clear…. And brilliant. Over an 18-month process we’ve got to know Kate, Martin and Laura very well and they’ve always been great!! When everything’s going wrong you just need calmness and clarity, and they’ve always provided that fantastically. Right up to the last minute and aptly with Laura having to hang around late on a Friday to give us our new keys, they’ve gone far above and beyond. I’ll miss our daily calls!! Would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you Joe Greenwood for coordinating our complex exchange and completion!! Joe proved high level of commitment to make the transactions happen, his fine communication skills and perseverance were instrumental to our successful exchange and completion. Thank you!!!

Using Katie and the team at Tailor Made Moves was a complete no-brainer for us. The whole process was smooth and simple, with everything taken care of of promptly and professionally. Katie’s magical skills meant our house was listed for less than a week before it was snapped up! Top class work as always, thanks team!

A second house sale for us with Tailor made moves in 2025 and again it was a flawless, using estate agent Katherine who genuinely cares for the seller and buyer. Katherine is professional, knowledgeable and organised as an agent. All the girls in the office are friendly and most helpful when you call. I would recommend tailor made moves for selling or buying, they go above and beyond to help. Thank you.

Tailoredmade Moves are very good, and I must say Louise Mackay is fabulous, she was so helpful and was excellent at getting things sorted. I certainly recommend Tailoredmade Moves and the staff 100%. Thank you Louise for your help. Don & Anne.

My partner and I were unexpectedly made homeless after our newly purchased property was destroyed by a water leak last January. We urgently looked for a rental property and came across a few through kinetic. Nina was absolutely brilliant in finding us the perfect fit for us two and our dog. She was always helpful in answering any queries we had and managed to get us into a property in 5 weeks post water leak discovery. Issues with the rental were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend Nina and kinetic as an estate agents!
