John shepherd lettings looked after our property for well over 20 years. They are reliable, professional, trustworthy and their service is value for money. We found their service very good.
They reminded us when legal requirements e.g. EICR were needed and they took care of them.
There was one person dedicated to look after our property and which provided continuity of knowledge, issues etc. Most businesses nowadays do not provide this service. We would recommend John Shepherd lettings. Particular thanks to Fiona and Senka.

I am a first time renter and the process was completely new to me but I found a flat I really wanted due to proximity to my mum and Nakesha really made the process so easy. She was very helpful, reassuring and informative which is even more impressive considering how young she is. If I need another property or anyone I know is looking I would be sure to send them this way because of her.

I have rented a property managed by John shepherd Lettings for the last 6 years. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue it has been dealt with efficiently and communicated well. As my children have now flown the nest I needed to downsize, and the property I applied to rent was also with John Shepherd Lettings. I viewed the property with Natasha Miller, and the application of the let and referencing process was managed by Madilynne Clarke. Both staff members were positive, informative and responsive to any queries I raised both when viewing the property and during the referencing process. having struggled to let my property out for 2 months with another estate agents, leading to it being empty for a month, the team were able to let it the same day it was uploaded!
