Me and my partner viewed a property earlier this week. Jack was efficient in terms of arranging the viewing when I made the initial request to view the property. During the viewing he was polite, professional and friendly and answered any questions we had.

Although the house we saw wasn’t for us, Jack Knight was professional and very helpful throughout the viewing, giving me useful information about the property. So this a thank you to him for doing a great job.

The lettings team at John Shepherd just did a fantastic job letting three properties for us. The service and responsiveness from Senka, Caitlin, Gemma and Shennay is exceptional. The renewals and property management team are equally brilliant so thanks also to Faye, Rebecca, Andrea, Lauren and Tracey.
