Thank You! I would like to say a massive ‘thank you’ to Natasha and her team at John Shepherd, Solihull. Natasha has gone ‘above and beyond’ supporting me through a long and stressful property sale - with the first buyer pulling out in January, and things not going totally smoothly since then. She is extremely efficient, has been easy to contact, always friendly and the one person throughout I could turn to with problems, which she would investigate and respond to immediately, trying her best to put my mind at rest. Natasha you were amazing, thank you! I would highly recommend John Shepherd, Solihull – they are such a lovely, friendly, supportive team. JK

I can’t recommend John Shepherd Solihull highly enough. Over the past couple of years, Senka, Alan and the team have been fantastic in helping me with my apartment and managing the letting services. They are always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and provide support whenever needed. Jack has been great, he has always answered any questions we’ve had and his communication has been consistent. He shown us around on the viewing and has been our point of contact when it came to making an offer and has always answer any questions we’ve had so far. Thank you so much!
