I had the most amazing experience with Alan from John Shepherd. He was extremely attentive and supportive throughout the process, it didn’t feel stressful at all. I felt safe and assured with Alan’s help and am incredibly grateful to him!
Excellent service. Always helpful and friendly. Especially nice: Maisy Smith
Maisie Smith, based in the Solihull office, has been particularly helpful during the past few months arranging access with the tenant for carrying out repairs. She responded to my emails quickly and dealt with the issues efficiently. Very impressed with Maisie's attitude and service.
Caitlin was another to work with in letting out my apartment. Flexible and most helpful to achieve a good tenant. Many thanks for your help
Highly recommend Blair & Boyd. I had been looking for a house for many months and had dealings with several estate agents in the process, none of which came close to the service I received with Blair & Boyd. Jon was on hand whenever I had any questions- regardless big or small. Angela in the office was always pleasant and a great help also, they both kept me right through the whole process.
