I cannot recommend Seaford Properties highly enough. I was executor of an estate and as such had never lived in the property which threw up numerous questions! Martin with his wealth of experience either knew or found the answers to them all with the property selling quickly at the asking price. Seaford Properties offers a very professional but friendly service and the office atmosphere is warm welcoming and unpressurised. I was kept informed throughout the process with an almost daily update. You will not regret putting your property in the hands of this estate agency!

Very helpful

Martin and Mercia were a great help in the purchase of my house in Seaford. They guided me through the viewings, ,the financial negotiations, and what to expect, all done in a friendly manner but very p rofessionally. They know their area intimately. It is a service one is unlikely to get using one of the regional or national estate agents.

Probate Sale without stress

I recently asked Seaford Properties to sell a property forming part of an estate I am an executor for. This could have been a very stressful process but Martin and Mercia at Seaford Properties dealt with everything so efficiently I didn't have to contact them about anything as they had kept me informed of the progression of the sale thus taking away the all stress from selling the property. really professional, nice, helpful, approachable family firm, great communcations, we were kept updated at all points and were advised of the next steps in the process and expected outcomes and timelines, there were no surprises as we were always updated. Seaford Properties offer a dedicated and personal service which in my opinion is not seen from some of the bigger highstreet names, I would highly recommend and would definately use again..

A personal touch

Martin and his team have been invaluable in the sale of my father's property in Seaford. Through what turned out to be a lengthy and frustrating process Martin's knowledge of the local market and resultant advice was invaluable. His resilience and perseverance in the face of disappointment was impressive but perhaps the thing that set him apart from others was his caring attention to the needs and limitations of this particular case. A wonderful service

We were very lucky to buy our house through Seaford properties. We met Martin to view the house and he was not only very knowledgeable about the property but also very patient and helpful without being at all pushy. He was also a firm hit with our 5 year old son who still checks Martin is in his office whenever we pass the agency. Martin made the whole process extremely easy, and it felt he really cared that we had got the house we wanted. He was more than happy to go the extra mile and show us the property several times so that all our family could see it. The lovely added touch was meeting the owner to exchange the keys and it felt really special for all of us.
