Wonderful people
Martin and Mercia are a wonderful couple, and just lovely to work with. They made everything so easy, and were very patient as they helped find lots of houses to look at. We always felt that we were in very trustworthy and capable hands throughout the buying process. We love the house we have now moved in and are very grateful to Seaford Properties for their fantastic efforts in securing everything for us. First class service
I contacted Seaford Properties after reading their excellent online reviews, and they have more than matched my expectations. Always courteous, efficient and approachable, willing to listen and advising me when I needed help with various queries and problems which arose during the sale of my property. Professionalism
I recently bought a bungalow through Seaford Properties who were acting for the seller at a time of considerable movement and high demand in the property market. At every stage of the process, Martin and Mercia with notable professionalism engaged with my queries and concerns: they were very efficient, thorough, prompt, responsive and kind. Martin, Mercia, Salome & Olive, We just wanted to let you know how happy and impressed we are with your fantastic service. You have taken the stress out of the stressful situation of selling a home. Outstanding, exceptional, professional, friendly service - highly recommend
We selected Seaford Properties to sell our late parents’ home as we knew they had an excellent reputation for selling properties in the Seaford area. I am delighted to say that this reputation is extremely well deserved and I was so impressed with every aspect of the service that Martin and Mercia provided. Martin is a highly experienced, knowledgeable and helpful professional. Throughout the process he provided expert advice which was invaluable. He and Mercia made the process extremely easy and smooth and found us a buyer very quickly. As a long-standing family run business we really felt that Martin cared about selling our property and he made it as painless as possible for us. Run by qualified solicitor, Martin Lamprecht, we draw on nearly 37 years' experience of property conveyancing and estate agency. Martin has lived and worked in Seaford area for the past 22 years. Martin is joined by his wife Mercia and his daughters Salome and Rachel and son Nelis. Salome also has a background in law and more recently a Quality and Performance Manager for a Care Agency.
