The ultimate in personal service
We have just completed the sale of my mother’s house through Seaford Properties. As the heading implies we were very impressed with the personal service Martin gave us throughout the rather protracted dealings. This was particularly evident, after having previously commissioned another local agent , where we dealt with different personnel on a monthly basis . Matin’s communications were always prompt and relevant and we have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Excellent
Martin at Seaford Properties was absolutely brilliant when it came to us purchasing our property. Martin helped us with all our queries straight away and he was very kind and efficient. There were delays in purchasing the property due to other reasons but because of Martins' perseverance and support we managed to get there in the end. Thank You Seaford Properties. Thank you Martin.

Excellent Service! Can't recommend Seaford Properties enough.
I found Seaford Properties an excellent Estate Agency. From the moment I first contacted them about selling my home I found them professional and efficient in every way. Being a family run business, I really thought they gave the personal touch. I have never sold a house before, so I had a lot of questions. At Seaford Properties I had every part of the selling process clearly explained, and I felt comfortable to keep asking questions! When viewings were arranged I was kept fully updated at all times so I knew on a day-to-day basis exactly what was going on, and what the feedback was. Martin and the team went over and above at every stage. I always felt welcome to pop in the office to have a chat and get an update. They were always very welcoming on the phone or face-to-face. I can't recommend them highly enough! Selling a house is normally a very stressful situation, but Seaford Properties made it as smooth as possible.

Went the extra mile, and then some!
This is a friendly, family-run agency with whom I purchased two properties in Seaford. With me, an inexperienced buyer, they were unfailingly patient and courteous, and helpful to a fault. Throughout the process, the Lamprechts were efficient and knowledgable and on the day of exchange, Martin personally intervened when my buyers' solicitors were dragging their feet. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Selling Deceased Fathers Property
As a family we were put in the position of selling our deceased Fathers Property. Martin and his staff treated us with compassion and nothing but help. We were confident from our initial meeting that we were dealing with a professional outfit. The décor and ambience in the office also backed up that feeling. Within days of putting up the For Sale Board clients were interested., With Martins background of being a Solicitor, he dealt admirably with negotiations and went above and beyond the call of duty, in constantly chasing and always keeping all members of the family informed of every detail and progression. Excellent friendly service
We were so pleased with the attention to detail and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand and updated on a regular basis. I would not hesitate to use them again as they made the sale of our late fathers property as smooth as it could be at a difficult time for us.
