Professional and courteous service
Martin and Mercia provided excellent support in my mother's purchase of a retirement home (which entailed considerable downsizing and moving 300 miles south for her). The whole process, from initial viewing to completion, was handled with professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity towards my mother which gave her and us confidence and helped her through a very stressful time.

An absolute pleasure
Martin and Mercia were an absolute pleasure to deal with,always respectful and caring when we sold our flat. They were always in contact whenever required and just got the job done. I cannot speak highly highly enough of them. Would always recommend to anyone.

Above and beyond
It was a pleasure to deal with Martin & Mercia at Seaford Properties- both buying and selling. Their professionalism is superb- but the care they showed my Mother and the rest of our family- was wonderful. It can be a very stressful time but the support both Mercia and Martin gave us made everything so much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service
Martin & Mercia were extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, they provided help & support throughout the sale of my late mother's house. They kept me fully up to date with the proceedings, & helped to make the whole experience far less stressful than I was expecting. I can totally recommend them

Incredibly impressed

What a gem
Martin and Mercia at Seaford Properties are a rare gem in the property market. They were amazing to work with from the outset. Firstly, they set a realistic value on our property by suggesting we think about the lowest price we are prepared to take and advertising the house as "Offers Over...." .They kept us well informed about all visits, reporting on how each visit went. Martin has the ability to assess the likelihood of a buyer after each visit, which helped enormously to weed out time wasters. The house actually sold within ten days with people upping the offers over price. Thank you Martin and Mercia for all your help and guidance in the selling of our property.

Run by qualified solicitor, Martin Lamprecht, we draw on nearly 37 years' experience of property conveyancing and estate agency. Martin has lived and worked in Seaford area for the past 22 years. Martin is joined by his wife Mercia and his daughters Salome and Rachel and son Nelis. Salome also has a background in law and more recently a Quality and Performance Manager for a Care Agency.
