Impress with their depth of expertise
From the word go Martin and Mercia impress with their depth of expertise in marketing and selling properties. Highly efficient but with a genuine human touch. As first-time sellers of a relatively complicated part ownership property, they were able to guide us through the process and always seemed one step ahead of everyone. Sold the property within two weeks. Thank you.

Martin and Mercia showed great patience and kindness
Martin and Mercia truly care about how their clients cope with the buying and selling processes of their properties. They sold my property three days before Christmas and on moving day I was also looking after my three-year-old granddaughter, who was exhausted. Mercia made me cups of tea and helped soothe my granddaughter with biscuits. Throughout the complete selling process, Martin and Mercia showed great patience and kindness when I needed to phone or visit their offices for reassurance or clarity. I will never forget their caring and sensitive approach and would advise anybody wishing to sell their own property to make Seaford Properties their first line of enquiry. Thank you

Their service was the best of the best!
I decided to sell my house during 2022 and contacted all the Estate Agents in our town. It took me nearly a year to fulfil my wish as I could not find the right property to buy. I must thank Seaford properties for their sincerity, patience and service. I only received the best service in buying and selling through them. Their service was the best of the best and I would give them the highest star rating.

Outstanding Service!!!
We can never thank Martin and Mercia enough for their care, support and understanding in the sale of my father's property. Not only did they liaise and chase solicitors, other agents and the purchaser, but because we lived two hours away, Martin would read meters, work with house clearers, gardeners and other people who needed access to the house. It was a difficult sale, but their professionalism and caring attitude helped smooth the way and they kept us informed all the way to completion. I could not recommend them highly enough!!

Keener Than Most
Thank you Martin for your work and effort put in on the house sale, the benefit of your experience and, not least, your delightfully affable nature throughout. As they say, 'It's been a pleasure...' I now know, when in future I need an estate agent again, to engage a self employed one - and if the business is within the area you cover, I'd definitely want you. Because you're self employed, you are by circumstance keener and sharper than most, I reckon. Anyway, well done and thank you for a great job.

Run by qualified solicitor, Martin Lamprecht, we draw on nearly 37 years' experience of property conveyancing and estate agency. Martin has lived and worked in Seaford area for the past 22 years. Martin is joined by his wife Mercia and his daughters Salome and Rachel and son Nelis. Salome also has a background in law and more recently a Quality and Performance Manager for a Care Agency.
