Mackay Property

Highly recommend Mackay Property. Their marketing is modern, relevant and eye catching. Their use of social media made a real difference vs standard channels. We were impressed with their attention to detail and efforts in all aspects including post-sale progression. Adam and his team were always contactable throughout the entire process for any questions.

Working with Adam is like mentoring an Olympic medalist - always striving to improve, empowering his team and collaborating with other agents to offer a world class service to his customers. To be the first independent agency in the UK to partner with eXp proves that he’s an industry trailblazer and visionary with an unstoppable growth mindset.

We have used Mackay for the sale of two properties now and we couldn’t fault the service provided. From initial valuation right through to completion Adam and the team were always available to answer questions and help with whatever we needed, not just with our sale but also helping us deal with the seller and agent of our purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to let or sell a property.

Really knowledge and friendly, put us at ease and answered all our questions

An impressive, focussed, energetic, forward thinking group of communicators with a proactive nature and a 'can do' attitude, across the whole team - I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Steve

Super happy with the work that the team at Mackays put in to sell our house. From the video they shot to help sell the property, to the management of the chain to get us to Exchange, we could not be happier. It was evident the work that they put in at each stage and they managed to secure our sale at full asking price. All round great job.

Having just bought and sold properties with Mackay we are extremely happy with the service and outcome from our dealings with them. With minimal guidance from ourselves they were able to translate our instructions into the required actions; starting with the excellent marketing photographs and video that showcased our old home to perfection, through to the eventual sale and completion. Adam and his team were always helpful and receptive to our questions. In particular, our first contact, Daniel, was patient and understanding of our position, always available when needed, spearheading the whole process in a professional but friendly manner. An excellent company who we would thoroughly recommend.

We recently brought a property with MacKays and they were fantastic from start to finish. Easy to work with, good communication, transparent and lovely people! A special shout out to Dan and Alison, who were heavily involved and are such lovely people to deal with. Would definitely recommend MacKays as a top estate agent - the best we have dealt with!

I’ve recently let then sold a property through Mackay Property Services . Throughout this time Sarah Jackson of Lettings was my principle point of contact and even when I sought to sell the property it was her advice and judgement I trusted amongst all those offering professional advice . She was reliable , communicative , helpful , flexible and above all saw issues from my perspective not those of other parties . She stood out as a person of integrity who I felt confident working with . I would recommend her highly and should I be placing further business with Mackays it would be Sarah Jackson who I would seek out.
