Mackay Property

I honestly couldn’t recommend Muvin highly enough. From day one they tailored the entire sale and purchase strategy around us. It didn’t feel generic, not templated, but something that genuinely reflected our situation, our timings, and the challenges we faced along the way. They’ve been incredibly professional throughout, and I can say without hesitation that they’re the reason our purchase stayed alive during some very tricky moments. They didn’t just “manage” the process, they actively drove and cared! A special mention has to go to Alison, their progression officer. I’ve spoken to her regularly for the last six months (to the point where it felt like I was talking to a friend), and she has been nothing short of outstanding. Calm, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting us over the line. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her! Muvin went well beyond all expectations on every aspect of our sale and purchase, and they more than justified their (very reasonable) fee. If you’re looking for an agent who actually delivers what they promise, and goes above and beyond, you won’t find better. Highly recommended. Thanks team, Graham and Zoe

Todd was fantastic. Came at last minute and was patient with all our questions.

Very helpful and friendly team that helped us with both our sale and purchase. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again in future if we look to move again!

I viewed a property with Muvin Brokerage and had a great experience from start to finish. Ameila Dowie showed me around the property and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, answering all of my questions clearly and confidently. A special thanks as well to Daniel for following up promptly with a phone call to check if I had any further questions. Excellent communication and customer service throughout. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received! From the very first viewing, Amelia was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Amelia took the time to answer all our questions, made us feel at ease and never pressured us at any point. Thanks to their support and guidance the house they showed us is now our new home! We are so grateful for their help throughout the process and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy!

I cannot recommend Muvin highly enough! Having worked with 3 estate agents previously to try to sell my house, the team were a breath of fresh air. And most importantly my house sold within weeks, having been on the market for a year. Their modern approach with the fantastic use of video was so far ahead of any other agents. Each member of the team offered amazing service too. Thank you so much!

We worked with Muvin Brokerage for our recent house purchase. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Amelia was our go-to agent from viewing to offer to key collection and she was super helpful and efficient. Big thank you!
