Myself and my wife met with Tracey Couser from Mackay, and she was a delight to work with. Even before viewing the actual property, we were treated to relevant information about the neighbourhood, the town and the amenities around. She was also able to gauge our fears and questions and deal with them accordingly. I found her to be very professional, friendly, patient and keen to go above and beyond.

My partner and I met with Tracey and we couldn't have had a nicer person showing us the property. Before we had arrived at the viewing Tracey had called to ensure we had no issues finding the address and we were met with a warm welcome when we got there. Not only was Tracey personable and informed on the property itself but also on the surrounding area, giving lots of great tips and advice! We then went to Mackay Property's office itself and were greeted with even more friendly and helpful members of staff.
