Martin & Co Saltaire

Excellent service and support as a tenant I am very pleased with Michael and his team I would highly recommend

Good manner and excellent sales & viewing service and enquiry follow up excellent.

Martin & co Saltaire sold a property for us. The valuation was done quickly and on the market within days. Martin & co kept us informed of proceedings every step of the way and frequently too. Our email enquiries were always answered very quickly and they answered the phone every time we rang. They dealt with issues from ourselves and the buyer rapidly, liasing between us. They have a friendly, proffesional team whom I highly recommend. They also gave us a couple of options for our solicitor who has been great too. RL

I recently sold and bought with Move Revolution Brighton. I can’t recommend Georgia and Chloe enough. They were truly focussed on my sale and purchase and made it seem that it was their most important project even though I know they would have made everyone feel the same way. Their tireless work meant that we had completed in record time. Professional, responsive, friendly, informed and knowledgeable - what more can you ask for?

Our recent house move ended up being a fairly complicated process, due to a number of unforeseen challenges. Georgia was exceptional at resolving things for us, whilst remembering that what we were going through was hugely traumatic and keeping us updated in the calmest and most professional way. I would highly recommend this company.

Great personalised service from Aston initially for our first viewing and then the wonderful Georgia handled our purchase from second viewing to completion. Our solicitor was very slow and uncommunicative and we hit problems with a lease clause but Georgia was extremely positive , professional and ultra communicative throughout the transaction . A really nice person to deal with especially in a stressful situation. Experienced and professional I would thoroughly recommend Move Revolution .

We instructed Georgia to sell our property in Brighton and she was AMAZING! She kept us informed every step of the way, got us a bucketload of viewings and three offers in a short space of time. Georgia was professional, personable, enthusiastic and an all-round beacon of positivity throughout the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks Georgia! 10/10 service.

I sold my flat through Move Revolution in Hove in January 2023. I would like to highly commend Georgia Radford for her incredible dedication and hard work to coordinate the sale. It was a very difficult time to sell due to significant economic pressures at the time and a particularly challenging time for leasehold flats. It was not a straightforward process with several hurdles, and complicating factors that could have easily resulted in the sale falling through, had it not been for the incredible hard work, and consummate professionalism by Georgia and her team. Some of these complications included a £15,000 down-valuation which was quickly and smoothly resolved by being able to negotiate a middle ground figure with the buyer. This would not have happened without Georgia, who also went the extra mile to help me understand the situation and provide moral support and a calming presence! As opposed to the conveyancing team who were slow and poor in communication, and sadly fell short of the professional standards I was expecting, I cannot rate Georgia highly enough for her professionalism, efficiency as well as friendly and professional manner which helped a stressful process become a more enjoyable and tolerable one. Thank you Georgia and the team at Move Revolution in Hove. 5* is an understatement. Michael Wanis

We went on with Georgia from Move Revolution alongside our original estate agent of choice, and she really knocked them out the park to be honest, very knowledgeable, professional and always kept us in the loop. Very forward thinking company would 100% recommend. Got us over our asking price too.
