Hannah Simpson is my property manager and all I can say is that she is brilliant. She made our move in process really smooth and I have had a couple of small problems that needing sorting and Hannah has been perfect every time. She is very prompt at responding to emails and she also makes sure you are happy with anything that needed to be done. Martin & Co Saltaire are by far the best letting agency I have used.

I recently rented my home through Sillars. The guys were really friendly and efficient and I was kept up to date regularly through their web platform which was really easy to use. From initial call to someone moving in was around 3 weeks. I’d highly recommend!

Liam was exceptionally helpful with helping me (a remote landlord) install new tenants in a new property. Proactive, responsive and pragmatic. Never took his eye off the ball and always went that bit further to ensure optimal outcome.
