Well what can I say, we sold our property within one week (STC), we were so pleased with the photographs and the virtual tour, and Liam has been so professional, keeping us informed at every step. Would certainly recommend them to our friends . So far so good !

The customer service has been great and service very efficient.
Liam and the team are the best in town at both managing tenants and some more difficult than others through to selling single/portfolio of B2L properties at the best price and outcome possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Highly professional.

I purchased my first home through Oulsnam and I couldn’t recommend them more. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, and always went above and beyond to help me out. I spoke mostly with Elisha, she was always willing to help with even things she didn’t have to (such as chasing our solicitors time and time again) and answered anything I was unsure about. An excellent company to work with and the whole team were great. The sale of our home did take a long time but that was due to the solicitors and the local searches, Debbie did all she could to keep things moving and I would not hesitate in recommending them. I wish I could use them next time but have moved out of area. Thank you R O Redditch

I recently sold my house using Oulsnams Redditch, the staff were very professional at all times, Debbie has been amazing throughout my whole journey. The communication was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. Debbie supported me with the sale of my house and also with the stress that come along with the sale I can’t thank her enough for making the experience as smooth as possible.

Cannot fault Oulsnams they were brilliant with sale of our property and also helping with property we were buying from a different estate agent. Debbie who was dealing with our property personally was and went above being helpful. I feel like Debbie has become a friend, very helpful with anything we didn’t understand or any other things we needed help with. If we were to need an estate agent in the future Oulsnams would be the one we go to.

We put our house up for sale in 2021, and from the start of the process in moving to our new home, we felt supported. There were a couple of issues along the way, but the girls in the Redditch office were brilliant. They made phone calls, chased queries and kept us informed throughout. They went above and beyond. Keep doing what you do, it works well, and helps stressed out customers. Glad we chose this estate agent.
