I sold my flat through Move Revolution in Hove in January 2023. I would like to highly commend Georgia Radford for her incredible dedication and hard work to coordinate the sale. It was a very difficult time to sell due to significant economic pressures at the time and a particularly challenging time for leasehold flats. It was not a straightforward process with several hurdles, and complicating factors that could have easily resulted in the sale falling through, had it not been for the incredible hard work, and consummate professionalism by Georgia and her team. Some of these complications included a £15,000 down-valuation which was quickly and smoothly resolved by being able to negotiate a middle ground figure with the buyer. This would not have happened without Georgia, who also went the extra mile to help me understand the situation and provide moral support and a calming presence! As opposed to the conveyancing team who were slow and poor in communication, and sadly fell short of the professional standards I was expecting, I cannot rate Georgia highly enough for her professionalism, efficiency as well as friendly and professional manner which helped a stressful process become a more enjoyable and tolerable one.
