Dario was great and supported us all the way through the process. Always free when we needed him and put as at ease during difficult times. Cheers Dario!
The whole team at Leslie and Co were lovely to work with. They really feel like a specialist agency that provides a deeply personal service. From the very beginning, they were incredibly generous with their time and advice. It was clear …
proactive, good judgement when discerning between tenants, and rented my property after first viewing. would recommend.
Highly recommend!!!! Excellent service from start to finish on the purchase of our new home. Thank you! I wish I had used these guys to sell my old one too!
Recently agreed to sell our house with Oulsnam's Redditch and met all of the team (Debbie, Elisha, Victoria & Jeff) during the process. Everyone has been very personable & professional throughout. Realistic valuation was suggested and honest advice provided on how we could make our home more sellable. They provided regular updates and were easily contactable. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother.
We recently sold and bought through Oulsnam and they were a great team from the start. Photos were taken quickly and the listing went live without delay. They organised block viewings which made things much easier for us, and we received several offers above asking price. They also helped us find our onward purchase and ensured we were in before Christmas by helping chase solicitors etc. Can’t fault the ladies for their helpfulness and professionalism. It’s a shame we won’t be using them again any time soon, as they’ve helped us find our forever home. Would highly recommend, and want to say a big thank you again!
Jodie showed me, my mum and my daughter around a property recently and we couldn't have had a better experience. Jodie was helpful and honest and clearly answered any questions I had. It was a really positive experience at a time when house hunting etc can be quite stressful, so thank you.
Amazing customer service, Very nice people!
Great service. Really love their attention! 😋 Really helped me out. Thank you so much …
Our team have over 80 years of experience selling and letting properties. We all understand how stressful selling, renting and buying is and we want to help relieve that stress. Our focus is to provide a complete service to all our customers so they feel supported on every step of their journey. Saltaire is an historical village with excellent amenities and good schools. It's popular with families and young professionals who commute to the centre of Bradford and further afield for work. If you're looking to buy or rent a property within Saltaire or the nearby areas, a dedicated account manager at Martin & Co will guide you through the whole process from start to finish.
