Hannah looks after a small number of properties for us and she has been great, always highlighting where there is a maintenance issue and following up contractors so any repairs can be dealt with as quickly as possible for tenants. Hannah is always very prompt at dealing with enquiries. We're lucky to have her managing them for us.

I’ve been fortunate enough to deal with Martin & Co using their property management services and I would fully recommend this company to other landlords. We’ve had no issues with management of the tenant or of the property, including with keeping good records - which has been an issue with previous letting agencies. Gas safety checks, property inspections etc were completed on time and fees charged have been reasonable so no issues there. All the staff have been really helpful, particularly Ian Tait who’s a great Property Manager.
