Martin & Co Saltaire

Outstanding! Have used Bishops twice now and each time it has been a smooth, stress free experience. Paul is very professional, caring and takes pride in providing a very personal service. He communicates with you regularly and explains each step of the sale process thoroughly. There is no pretence with Paul, he is straightforward with you and realistic. His knowledge of the housing market is spot on, giving you confidence in the service he provides. We would highly recommend using Bishops. There is good reason that he is a regular award winning estate agent...definitely the best in York! Thankyou Paul.

We have been delighted with the excellent service provided by Paul at Bishops Estate Agents. He has been professional, friendly and approachable at all times and kept us updated throughout.

Martin & Co manage two properties for us. They are highly professional and efficient and I would recommend them.

We couldn't recommend Balgores enough, with a special mention to Paul and Marie. Paul filled us with confidence during our valuation that he wanted to sell our house, and within 5 days we were sold! Marie's communication throughout was excellent, being prompt and helpful. This was our first time selling, and it couldn't have gone better, so thank you!
