We have used Martin and co. since they started in Saltaire. We have found their management of our property more than satisfactory. We receive monthly statements and, yearly reports, of physical inspections of the property (even throughout covid). We have a personal property manager, Ian Tait, who promptly informs us of any issues that occur and conducts himself very professionally.

I have let my property through Martin & Co. for a good number of years now and have had consistently great service from the team there. Jess has been my primary point of contact and she's super responsive, friendly and efficient. More you cannot ask for! Keep up the great work!
