Brilliant customer service

Tenancy in Cullingworth
I rented my house for over 5 years. Martin & Co were always excellent in communicating and attending to any issues that I might have had. In particular, Denise, who looked after my tenancy throughout, was superb. Always quick to react to my questions and answered efficiently and diligently. It was a shame that I moved on but sometimes we can't miss a nice opportunity. Thank you Denise.

I am a long standing tenant with Martin &co, the service that is given is above and beyond and this is mostly down to my agent ANGELA Nichols. She is always at hand when needed and always goes out of her way to get any maintenance or works done.

Proffessionism
I've worked all my life but ran into difficulties when I got long COVID and was struggling to pay my rent, I was put into contact with agent Carline Dyson who was so sympathetic and has and still is helping me through the bad patch I'm going through, she has been a true guiding light and owe her so much, she is a credit to Martin and co

Outstanding from start to finish
My experience with the staff at Martin & Co from start to finish has been extremely positive. I feel that I was always listened to and always kept informed of any developments with my property when it came to any remedial works or tenant requests. Having a team on board who have the knowledge and expertise to address any issues is essential as a landlord and I don't feel like I could have been successful without the help of Angela and Jess. Angela has always provided me with advise in regards to rental pricing and repair quotes and Jess has been brilliant with liaising with the tenants when we finally decided to put our property on the market. If you have a house to rent and you need a reliable estate agent, just go with Martin & Co!

Looking to rent out a property
When reviewing whether to rent out my property and speaking to various agents, Martin & Co stood out from the crowed... well specifically Angela. She was so helpful and friendly giving me all the information I needed in doing so, and reassured me that she could take out all of the hassles of renting out a property. I will definitely use this agent when I make my decision.
