I've been a tenant with Martin and Co Saltaire for 5 years. Angela has been briliant, approachable, helpful, and responsible.
I'm leaving the property soon and really pleased with my experience throughout my tenancy period dealing with Hannah early on then Angela, and dedinitely the rest of the team.

We have a really good experience with this office, which has managed a rental property for us now for around 10 years. Angela Nicholson has been our specific manager for a number of years and is an excellent communicator and super helpful. We have other properties (different areas) with different agents and the experience with Martin and Co is so much better - Angela has been a constant (staff turnover and endless change seems the norm elsewhere) and is really responsive on email (again, unlike our experience elsewhere). We would recommend this office and we’re not going anywhere!
Reply from Martin & Co Saltaire: Thank you Rebecca, for your fantastic review and for trusting Martin & Co Saltaire to manage your rental property for the past 10 years. It means a great deal to us to have earned your confidence over such a long period.
We’re especially pleased to hear your kind words about Angela. Her professionalism, excellent communication, and responsive approach are qualities that we value highly, and we’re delighted that she has provided you with the consistency and support that every landlord deserves. Knowing that your experience with our property management service stands out compared with other letting agents is wonderful feedback for both Angela and the whole team.
Building long-term relationships with our landlords through reliable advice, proactive communication, and exceptional lettings and property management is at the heart of what we do, so it’s incredibly rewarding to hear that you wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Thank you once again for your continued loyalty and your recommendation of Martin & Co Saltaire. We look forward to supporting you and your property for many more years to come.

Jodie at Martin&Co was absolutely brilliant - the minute we stepped foot in the property, she was warm, welcoming, informative and always happy to answer our questions! It’s been a seamless process (unlike other estate agents we’ve used!) and we are moving into our dream property - that’s all thanks to Jodie! Couldn’t praise her and the team enough for how seamless the process has been; they all deserve a pay rise! Thank you again :)

Had a viewing for a property with Katie, and she has been really proactive and attentive through the whole process. Was never a point where I didn't know what was next, or I was waiting for too long to get things rolling.
In fact it was usually me causing the delay, so was super refreshing.
