Hannah was fabulous

After a long time living in the same property I was extremely nervous when looking at a new home for me and my children. Hannah looked after us all so well and made us enjoy the whole process. What a lovely lady and a great company, couldn’t ask for more

Landlord review

Very happy with service having used Martin & Co for many years, staff have always been friendly and professional. Communication is of a good standard. Always sorted out any maintenance issues that needed attending too quickly and having communicated more with Denise Feather from the start I have found her a pleasure to deal with nothing is too much trouble.

Gold standard

The staff are highly efficient, enthusiastic and always helpful. I’ve always had a really great service from Denise, Lucy and Hannah specifically. After nearly 6 years residing where I do this, it is great to have such fantastic support. Always willing to help and very very diligent.

Property rental

Angela form Martin & co as Been great while dealing with my mums property which she rents from start to now. When you speak too Angela she is very polite deals with problems promptly and quickly regarding maintenance problems.

Helpful and courteous agent

I have used Martin & Co Saltaire for a number of years now to act as agent for a property I let in Bradford. I had a ‘problem’ tenant for some of that time but Martin & Co were always at the end of the phone to help and without their professionalism, I can’t imagine how bad things could have eventually turned out. Since then, our new tenant has been perfect, and along with the team at Martin & Co and to name Lucy Feather especially, I am more than happy. She keeps me informed if ever there is an issue and I know I can rely on her to manage my property for me.

Quality service
