From the very beginning, Angela has been incredibly responsive, professional and caring. Whenever we have had repairs or issues with the property, she has always acted quickly to get things resolved and make sure that we were comfortable in our home. Communication has always been excellent, whether by phone or email, she has always been approachable, responsive and efficient. What has stood out most to me is that Angela genuinely goes above and beyond for her tenants. This was particularly evident when it came to us moving out of the property. We were moving to another city and facing the financial pressure of potentially paying rent on two properties at the same time, alongside a new deposit and first month's rent. I explained the situation to Angela, and she took it upon herself to speak to the landlord and successfully negotiated an earlier end to our tenancy, saving us from having to pay the additional rent. That kindness and understanding made such a difference to us at an already expensive and stressful time. Even on moving day, when the logistics of travelling between two cities with removal vans made everything incredibly tight, Angela was understanding and flexible about us returning the keys later in the day. What is remarkable is that, despite Angela managing our property for five years, I have never actually met her face to face! Yet she has always felt accessible and present. She has consistently been at the other end of the phone or email whenever we have needed her. Angela doesn't just look after the properties she manages; she looks after the people living in them too. That has been evident throughout our entire five-year tenancy. Thank you, Angela, for everything you have done for us over the years and especially for making our recent move as seamless as possible.
