I have had a positive experience with Martin & Co the whole time I have been renting. Angela has always been very prompt in her responses, especially with maintenance issues. I'd definitely recommend them as a letting agency.

I have used Martin & Co to look after my property in Bingley for many years now. Recently there has been a maintenance issue which has been very difficult to resolve. Heaven (Property Manager) took charge of this problem and through her tenacity is resolving the matter to my satisfaction. Well done Heaven!

Martin & Co have been fabulous. So easy to deal with and very professional. Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her. She kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure we had a new appliance installed and the old one taken away in a timely and professional manner. Superb customer service. 10/10.

My wife & I decided to sell our house in mid March & we chose Harrison’s simply because they had the highest review score & they were also local to us. We listened to the advice given to us by Claire when she came to value our house to achieve our desired sale price. A couple of days later the marketing team arrived & took the photos & made a video & it made our house look amazing. The advert went live on a Friday afternoon & had our first few viewings early the following week. Within 1 week we had accepted an offer that was over the selling price & we were over the moon. From start to finish our sale was completed within 10 weeks & Harrison’s were absolutely fantastic, very professional & incredibly friendly. We would absolutely recommend Harrison’s to anyone wishing to sell their property. You could always choose to sell your home another estate agents but I couldn’t imagine you would get anything like the service we received.
