Martin & Co Saltaire

Thanks to the Buchanen team we finally could complete just before Christmas and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The whole team were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Julie, really went above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble—she was always on hand to answer questions, offer reassurance, and keep things moving at every stage. We’re grateful for all the support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent!

Mark and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional with the sale of my late dad's property. The property had conditions attached which made it not the easiest to sell. The advertising was great and we had three prospective purchasers within 2 weeks, one of whom completed. Any questions or worries I had were dealt with swiftly and competently and I had every faith in the them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Consistently excellent from start to finish I’ve worked with Mark before when buying, so I knew I was in good hands, but selling with him (and Holly) was just as good. From the valuation through to getting it on the market, everything felt really straightforward and easy. The photos and video were honestly amazing – so good they nearly made me question why I was even selling in the first place. The house sold in under a week, which says it all really. Mark & his team were always quick to respond, happy to answer any questions, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They really do go above and beyond.

If I were to move again (never!) I would not look passed Mark and his team for listing my property. They were all super friendly and helpful at every stage and the communication and level of care was 2nd to none!

I had an excellent experience with Martin & Co Saltaire Lettings & Estate Agents. From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and provide helpful guidance at every stage. Communication was excellent throughout, with prompt responses and regular updates that kept everything on track. I really appreciated their honest advice and strong knowledge of the Saltaire property market, which made the experience much more straightforward and reassuring. I would highly recommend Martin & Co Saltaire Lettings & Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agency. Their service is well-organized, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish.

Paul of Bishops did a fantastic job in selling my property and is the best estate agent in York. Unlike many other estate agents he is not at all pushy and is very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend him without hesitation. Am now using Paul to sell a second propert for me. He is still the best estate agent in York by far and handles everything in a refreshingly honest and straightfoward way compared to most other estate agents.

Hannah was excellent from the moment I enquired about a property I saw and wanted to rent, she arranged a time suitable and knew how keen I was to proceed and the application and speed was second to none, professional and a smiley face made me feel at ease.

Very polite and helpful willing to help in any way possible
