I was a tenant with Martin & Co for 3.5 years, only leaving because I bought a property. Application and approvals process was very straightforward and well supported by the staff. Property management staff were exceptional at getting maintenance and repair issues sorted out. I had 3 allocated property managers during my time and have to single out Ian as my last property manager for exceptional service and going the extra mile to safeguard my interests as tenant when something went wrong at the property. Can't recommend enough. Best agent I've used having rented over a dozen properties nationally in the past.
