Just let a property through Martin and Co with Carol S overseeing everything. The communication has been clear, the referencing was quick and convenient. The process from being offered the property to finalising and paying the deposit has been quick and efficient with no stress at all. Angela at Martin & Co did a smashing job setting up a tenancy agreement for my Dad and I. It was a long haul, all the requirements and interactions, thinking it all up, just how we were going to do it. But Angela tied it all together in bows. She is a smashing person, I've known her for years, through 10 years of my tenancy. Ever there's a problem, I ring Angela, and she's always there. Taps not working, Boiler needs fixing, whatever you can count on her, through the gates of Martin & Co. Their property is Elite, the best. I would recommend their services to anyone.
