First time selling a house and Martin & Co were amazing throughout, the process was really stressful (not on their part) and Kathryn from sales was amazing, kept me updated and did a lot of chasing for me which helped me keep reassured and positive about the process, she is a gem to have at that place. I would recommend people to use Martin and Co 100%.

I am moving into a property which is managed by Martin & co and I have to say there customer service has been outstanding from the start. Collected my keys today and Angela was very efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend this company. They also gave me a cute little welcome pack which I thought was a lovely touch.

We have been using Martin and Co for over 5 years now to manage our properties. We cannot rate them highly enough, they always keep us informed and up to date on the status of our properties. I am over the moon with how professional, approachable, swift professionalism. An amazing team here at saltaire, Denise is a true delight, however Uber efficiency attention to detail. She goes the extra mile too deal attentively, swiftly and is in touch to ensure a smooth process. Denise as been fantastic with myself on a couple of occasions. I personally “HIGHLY RECOMMEND” utilising Martin & co Saltaire Branch, don’t just take my word for it. Give them a call, look them up on their website, or even better make the trip over too them. Our Property Manager Vikki was most supportive when we experienced a burst pipe and subsequent flood damage to our property. Her help and reassurance while dealing with this matter was most appreciated.

Couldn't recommend enough! I rented a few properties with them and also bought my first house. Kat, Hannah and the team have been so helpful though the whole process. Always keeping me up to date with everything and been so patient through out everything specially due to my delays.
