Denise Feather
I have known Denise for eleven years - she dealt with my initial application to rent a property from the then Village Estates. Since then, during all my tenancies with both Village Estates and Martin and Co. she has dealt with all my enquiries and problems regarding tenancies in a most efficient manner. Denise has an in depth knowledge of the property and rental market and a wealth of experience to draw on. In an age where sometimes customer service is not all it could be, Denise has provided first rate service to myself at all times. Always friendly, helpful and courteous, she is a credit to Martin and Co. and I cannot speak highly enough of her.

We sold and purchased with Graham Butts. All staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. We couldn’t have moved into our dream home without them! Special mention to Tobie Wheeler who gave us the confidence to do it! Thank you to the team at Graham Butts East Preston!
