We have a really good experience with this office, which has managed a rental property for us now for around 10 years. Angela Nicholson has been our specific manager for a number of years and is an excellent communicator and super helpful. We have other properties (different areas) with different agents and the experience with Martin and Co is so much better - Angela has been a constant (staff turnover and endless change seems the norm elsewhere) and is really responsive on email (again, unlike our experience elsewhere). We would recommend this office and we’re not going anywhere!

I have used Martin & Co to look after my property in Bingley for many years now. Recently there has been a maintenance issue which has been very difficult to resolve.
