⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Angela Nicholson has been our estate agent for the past five years, and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for the support she has given us throughout our tenancy. From the very beginning, Angela has been incredibly responsive, professional and caring. Whenever we have had repairs or issues with the property, she has always acted quickly to get things resolved and make sure that we were comfortable in our home. Communication has always been excellent, whether by phone or email, she has always been approachable, responsive and efficient. What has stood out most to me is that Angela genuinely goes above and beyond for her tenants. This was particularly evident when it came to us moving out of the property. We were moving to another city and facing the financial pressure of potentially paying rent on two properties at the same time, alongside a new deposit and first month's rent. I explained the situation to Angela, and she took it upon herself to speak to the landlord and successfully negotiated an earlier end to our tenancy, saving us from having to pay the additional rent. That kindness and understanding made such a difference to us at an already expensive and stressful time. Even on moving day, when the logistics of travelling between two cities with removal vans made everything incredibly tight, Angela was understanding and flexible about us returning the keys later in the day. What is remarkable is that, despite Angela managing our property for five years, I have never actually met her face to face! Yet she has always felt accessible and present. She has consistently been at the other end of the phone or email whenever we have needed her. Angela doesn't just look after the properties she manages; she looks after the people living in them too. That has been evident throughout our entire five-year tenancy. Thank you, Angela, for everything you have done for us over the years and especially for making our recent move as seamless as possible. Your professionalism, kindness, responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond have never gone unnoticed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Angela to any landlord or tenant fortunate enough to work with her. An absolutely exceptional estate agent.

Me and my family went for a viewing yesterday 19.08.2026, we was met at the property by Jodie who instantly gave off a warm and welcome impression, she made us all feel very comfortable and the children enjoyed speaking to her. Jodie answered any questions we had with confidence and made us all feel at ease whilst viewing can be an anxious time we didn’t feel anxious at all, in fact we already felt like we was home and Jodie had come around for a cup of tea haha! One of the best estate agents I’ve ever come across. I’d like to also mention Hannah who we haven’t met but have spoken over emails with and is fast with her email replies which we greatly appreciate! Overall I would recommend Martin & Co to my family and friends. Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing experience viewing this property, Jodie was so lovely giving us as much details as possible, everything we wanted to know, she answered it so well, she was honestly the only estate agent we have met so far that actually cared about the property she was selling, my toddler loved her! This was our favourite experience in terms of viewing a house, we are first time buyers so from our experience everything went well, thank you so much for showing us around Jodie and for all the information and being such a lovely person.

I have a property from Martin&co and can honestly say they are the best letting and estate agents iv used. Hannah was amazing from the moment I viewed and got the keys she answered anything I was concerned about and put my mind at ease then when I moved in everything was handed over to Angela Nicholson who deals with any issues going forward.I had a few problems when I moved in however I emailed Angela she was very helpful and the issues were dealt with straight away. She is extremely helpful and I can honestly say is a credit to the company. It can be a challenge getting issues sorted in a rental property most of the time but not here.
