I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognise the team at JLL Greenwich for the excellent service they provided throughout the sale of my flat. From the outset, everyone in the Greenwich office was professional, responsive and genuinely friendly. Selling a property can be stressful at the best of times, and our sale turned out to be far from straightforward, but the team were supportive and communicative throughout. A particular thank you to Ashton, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, proactive and a great mediator between all parties involved. There were a number of challenges along the way, and Ashton did an excellent job of keeping both sides informed, managing expectations and chasing solicitors and other parties when progress stalled. He consistently went above and beyond to help keep things moving and was always available when we needed an update or some reassurance. I would have no hesitation in recommending JLL Greenwich. A highly professional team that combines excellent communication with a genuinely personal approach.

My partner and I are in the process of buying a flat that is listed by JLL Greenwich and we've had such a wonderful experience. Sam took us on a few viewings, including the flat we are purchasing, and we were so impressed with his support. In addition to being very friendly and personable, Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the flats we were viewing and the local area too. It is very clear that Sam is passionate about the industry he works in and this translated to us being well informed about the properties. Since the viewings, Sam's communication has been excellent.
