Martin and Co are managing agents on my residential property and are brilliant. Jess has always been very helpful, attentive and efficient. They also provide up to date advice on new legislation etc so you feel in safe hands in this changing market. Would highly recommend to anyone. David R.
Reply from Martin & Co Saltaire: Thanks so much, David. It’s really good to hear that you’re happy with how we’re looking after your property.
I’m especially pleased you’ve mentioned Jess. I know how much effort she puts into looking after our landlords, so it’s nice to hear that she’s been so helpful and that you can rely on her to get things sorted.
There’s a lot for landlords to keep up with these days, particularly with all the changes in legislation. One of the main reasons we offer a fully managed lettings service here at Martin & Co Saltaire is to take some of that worry away, so it’s great to know you feel your property is in safe hands.
Thanks again, David, for trusting us and for recommending Jess and the team. It really means a lot.
Gary and team.
