HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSEMAN AND HIS TEAM. We recently purchased a new property and asked Houseman properties to find us a tenant. The service we received from day one was excellent. They gave us sound advice on rental expectations and had the property on the market very fast. Their communication was great, and we were kept well informed of the level of interest and viewings. When a tenant was found the paperwork was extremely professionally managed and they rightly ensured that all compliance certificates were available. I’ve been renting through Houseman Properties for 5 years now and I can only say good things about them. They are very helpful every time I have a problem, I never had to wait for more than 2 days for a issue to be resolved. The communication is prompt and quick every time. Could not manage without them. They take all the stress away from dealing with repairs, emergencies and direct contact with the tenants. I highly recommend using Houseman Properties as they are reliable, efficient and a pleasure to communicate with. I have already recommended to friends and family.
