I had an excellent tenancy experience with outstanding customer support. Repairs were handled promptly, the property was in superb condition, and the entire rental process was seamless. As a parent of a student renting from snugpads I can honestly say I have complete peace of mind. Repairs are carried out promptly and the property is kept to a high standard. Just carried out a leaving inspection today with Hamza. They do carry out a thorough inspection and the charges can be high but look after the property as my daughter and her house mates have and a 100% deposit refund will be recieved. My daughter has decided to rent again with Hamza at snugpads this year. Highly recommended student landlord.

We have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.
