From the onset of dealing with Wainwrights I have to say that their friendly and really helpful approach in all aspects of buying my property has been very calming and positive in what at times proved very stressful for everyone. Claire who my stepson and I mostly dealt with went above and beyond in dealing with the frustrations with the chain that suddenly materialised and solicitors who live in a world of their own! She always answered or returned phone calls promptly and to be honest was instrumental in the final completion of the sale . My thanks are truly meant and would certainly recommend them . One very happy owner .

Paul and the others at Wainwright were very patient with me and my partner whenever we had questions with renting etc which was so lovely being treated with such friendly and warming customer service. Paul made sure we understood everything as he explained and went through it all clearly. Just really appreciate all of them, would really recommend this agency ☆

Not much to say except for exceptional service and they helped us with even the simplest or obvious questions. For my first time renting a place they were very helpful and everything was straightforward. Thank you to everyone at wainwrights for helping us get a home for Christmas.
