We had an outstanding experience selling our home with Richard James Estate Agents (Rushden office). From the outset, Richard Taylor (the Director) provided a sensible valuation and emphasised their commitment to excellent customer service, making them our top choice. They were at the lower end of our quotes, but given the impression Richard left on me, I wouldn’t have hesitated to choose them even if they had been at the higher end. They offer exceptional value. Our chain ran from August to February, and it was a difficult process due to delays elsewhere in the chain. Claire, their Sales Progressor, was absolutely fantastic - she kept everything moving, plugged gaps left by other agents, and provided constant reassurance and support to both myself and our buyer. Without her efforts, I have no doubt our chain would have taken even longer, and it may well have collapsed. Throughout the process, I was supported by the whole team at Rushden. Hazel, Olivia, Jared, and Sophia were also all helpful, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Estate agents often have a poor reputation, and in many cases, I think it’s deserved. However, the team at Richard James is completely different - they set a standard of professionalism, support, and dedication that truly stands out. Very helpful and professional. Realistic valuations and really know the market, rather than hype you up to think you can sell your house for the price of a castle.... and then be disappointed with offers or lack of viewings. All staff, and management are really pleasant and will help with anything they can. They also liaise effectively between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and timely sales. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had excellent service from this company, Jared showed us round the property and was brilliant, he explained everything that was being left, and was very polite and friendly. We were kept in touch every week about how this was progressing. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, we had a lovely welcome pack and card which I thought was very nice. If ever I had to ring up and ask about anything, nothing was to much bother for them. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs to buy or sell a property

From start to end, Richard James have been exceedingly professional in every aspect of handling our purchase.
