Our chain ran from August to February, and it was a difficult process due to delays elsewhere in the chain. Claire, their Sales Progressor, was absolutely fantastic - she kept everything moving, plugged gaps left by other agents, and provided constant reassurance and support to both myself and our buyer. Without her efforts, I have no doubt our chain would have taken even longer, and it may well have collapsed. Throughout the process, I was supported by the whole team at Rushden. Hazel, Olivia, Jared, and Sophia were also all helpful, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Estate agents often have a poor reputation, and in many cases, I think it’s deserved.
