We had our house up with other estate agents who were very lack lustre and you were constantly chasing ..not with Richard James ..from the moment we met Richard we were impressed with his enthusiasm which never waned ..He gave us realistic marketing pointers and got the price we wanted .They always got back.to you and always did what they said they would do even at 7pm at night! ..the house sold in 10 days ! Used Richard James Estate Agents on recommendation from a friend and I must say we were not disappointed. From the initial meeting with Richard he put us at ease and was very honest and transparent as to what they were goings-on to do as a team to market and ultimately sell our property. Moving house is never stress free. Richard and the team did such a great job at making sure it was a stress free as possible though. They organised and attended a ridiculous amount viewings in a really short period of time, keeping us up to date after each one. They explained everything clearly, including all fees and a realistic amount we could get for our house. They then managed to get more than we expected. Very happy with their service, and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.

What an incredible Estate Agent, why would you ever go anywhere else!! The entire team had their finger on the pulse throughout the entire process and never let us down, they even communicated with other parties in the chain (which they weren't obliged to do) Our chain was on the verge of collapse and they managed to pull it back, nothing is too much trouble, they were dedicated until the very end - Richard is on top of his game and really knows his stuff but the rest of the team were also nothing short of phenomenal, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and you shouldn't either!
