The entire team had their finger on the pulse throughout the entire process and never let us down, they even communicated with other parties in the chain (which they weren't obliged to do) Our chain was on the verge of collapse and they managed to pull it back, nothing is too much trouble, they were dedicated until the very end - Richard is on top of his game and really knows his stuff but the rest of the team were also nothing short of phenomenal, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and you shouldn't either! All the staff are extremely professional with superb customer service. There were several issues with the sale of our property, however, the work undertaken by Richard Taylor and his team was exceptional. Could not recommend Danny and the team more. I met him when looking for my first property 2 years ago, and even though I didn’t end up buying from RJ I always appreciated (and never forgot) his complete honesty, warmth and professionalism, so decided to contact him when I was selling.
