All the staff are extremely professional with superb customer service. There were several issues with the sale of our property, however, the work undertaken by Richard Taylor and his team was exceptional. Richard went above and beyond our expectations and to be honest, we don't know what we would have done without him. We truly cannot recommend Richard James enough. Five star at it's best.

Could not recommend Danny and the team more. I met him when looking for my first property 2 years ago, and even though I didn’t end up buying from RJ I always appreciated (and never forgot) his complete honesty, warmth and professionalism, so decided to contact him when I was selling. Danny came to my house extremely well prepared with lots of information about similar properties they had sold in the area. He was completely honest and frank about what was achievable, and went over and above to get viewings (and offers) the same day I signed the contract. I have found the team at Richard James - Rushden to be excellent. The professionalism, courtesy and support they showed was exceptional. They know the area well and they do their research when providing a valuation. The team were available and responsive, friendly, well informed and ready to provide a view when it was needed. They were flexible - the additional hours that the branch is open in the evenings and weekend compared to other agents meant there were no dead times for viewings or time when I couldn’t speak to someone about how the sale was progressing. Richard and Danny were excellent, working with me every step of the way . Sophia provided well informed viewings and excellent feedback to me.
