I have always found them to be honest with their valuations of properties and if you do agree to use their services they always keep you up to date with progress. Always get a friendly welcome whenever I call into say hello regardless of whether I am currently selling with them or not. Just completed on another sale and although it was challenging due to the upcoming stamp duty increase their constant progress updates kept me well informed and as relaxed as you can be when selling a house. Thoroughly recommend them. Great team and brilliant to deal with.
