Realistic valuations and really know the market, rather than hype you up to think you can sell your house for the price of a castle.... and then be disappointed with offers or lack of viewings. All staff, and management are really pleasant and will help with anything they can. They also liaise effectively between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and timely sales.
